Background and goals (amended). Next blog 29/05/2011.
With a little more thought I amended my initial goals, as the Newcastle United goals are more achievable when the new season starts.
My new goals are -
Body - achieve 10% body fat and maintain.
Body - achieve a visible six pack.
Mind - Read "The 4 hour workweek" by Tim Ferriss.
Fun - Play 4 rounds of golf at Slaley Hall or other similar courses this year.
